Individual Counseling

Some clients find comfort in a Person-Centered approach, which offers a respectful and compassionate environment for them to express their feelings. Others may gravitate towards a Solution-Focused approach that helps them work towards their goals. I understand that financial considerations are important, so I offer sessions at a rate of $125 per 60 minute session, with limited sliding scale options available to ensure accessibility for all.

Couples Counseling

Partners join forces on a journey toward enhancing communication, nurturing trust, and effectively navigating conflicts. I understand that the path to harmony can be challenging, which is why couples counseling is designed to support you every step of the way, with a rate of $200 for a 90-minute session or $175 for a 60-minute session.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

I accept insurance for Aetna and United HealthCare. All other insurance are out-of-network, so it’s self-pay! That means cash, debit/credit cards, and health savings cards are all good to go. I can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network insurances that you can send to your insurance company. There’s a good shot it’ll work out, and your insurance company can help you figure it out. Thanks!
