Maybe you’re in a season of life where your identity feels shaken; adjusting to life after childbirth, navigating changes in your body due to weight gain or loss, or simply trying to reconnect with a sense of confidence and self-worth.
Or maybe, it’s just a general sadness or depression you can’t quite name. Its like a heaviness that lingers in the background, making everything feel just a little harder.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. These experiences are real, valid, and deserving of care. Therapy can offer a compassionate space to untangle these feelings, find clarity, and begin moving toward a more grounded, peaceful version of yourself. Individual Counseling
I understand that financial considerations are important, so I offer sessions at a rate of $125 per 60 minute session, with limited sliding scale options available to ensure accessibility for all.
Couples Counseling
I understand that the path to harmony can be challenging, which is why couples counseling is designed to support you every step of the way, with a rate of $200 for a 90-minute session.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
I accept insurance for BlueCross BlueShield, Curative, Oscar, Optum, Surest and United HealthCare. All other insurance are out-of-network, so it’s self-pay! Superbills can be provided upon request.
